Swindon Sports Forum Grant

 

Swindon Flames Jamie Baker receives a £500 grant cheque from Mike Spearman, Swindon Town Football Club ambassador and Swindon Town player Matt Richie

Swindon Flames Skater Hockey  Junior team captain Jamie Baker was one of several young sporting stars awarded  individual grants by the Swindon Sports Forum. On receiving his grant, Jamie said "I would like to thank everyone involved in the Sports Forum for supporting me this year." Jamie received the grant towards the costs incurred in representing Great Britain at the recent European Championships held in Germany, where he returned with a silver medal.
