SWINDON FLAMES COACHING CLUB

Swindon Flames are pleased to announce the set up of a Coaching Club within the sport of Skater Hockey. The aim is to provide a facility for coaches within the sport to share their ideas/knowledge, to ensure that all players are offered the opportunity to develop their own skills and abilities to their greatest potential, so to enable them to enjoy and participate in the sport of Skater Hockey.

What is it?

·       Coaching club is set up to help the club coaches put in place their ideas to a wider audience.

·       Each week a coach will submit their drills to the club members; with the goal of increasing their knowledge. This is managed on a rotational basis i.e. 10 members, your turn every 10 weeks.

·       The drills are not marked or compared with any other coaches

·       No cost

·       Any coach can join, from any club

·       Drills are submitted on template that is provided

·       Missing your turn without contact will automatically exclude you from the club 

Each coach will be advised in advance of when it is their turn to submit drills.

A members list will be available.

The aim is to grow the club beyond Swindon Flames coaches and improve best practice and learn new ideas.

Access to the data base of Coaches Club Drills will be password protected.
