BiSHA AGM

Dear all, 

The AGM for the period from the formation of the new company on 1st July 2008, to the year end of 31st December 2008 will be held at Hatfield Leisure Centre on 28th February at 2pm. 

This AGM should have been held before 1st October 2009, but due to Board commitments, Nationals and Christmas, this is the first opportunity we have.  The accounts were lodged with Companies House at the appropriate time, and we obviously will need to have another AGM before the end of this year for the year ending 31st December 2009. 

The Address of the Leisure Centre is Travellers Lane, Hatfield, Herts, AL10 8TJ. 

Please would you notify your clubs and teams of the date and the venue.
